Copyrights and Use of Content

The Wings of Hope art piece, including all site content, is protected under the Israeli Copyright Law (2007). Use of the content is permitted solely as inspired by the original creation of the late Livnat Kutz, and only for non-commercial, community-based purposes. The use of the wings template is permitted.

Non-Commercial Use Only

It is strictly forbidden to charge any fees—direct or indirect—for any activity related to creating the wings, including workshops, without prior written consent from the Kutz family. All project activity must be voluntary, intended for collaborative and community creation only. To coordinate paid workshops (exclusively by the project team, on availability basis), please contact the team via the designated email address.

Commemoration and Credit Obligation

All wing creations inspired by the project must include a memorial plaque next to them, indicating they are a tribute to the memory of Livnat Kutz z”l and her family. The sign should include the project name and explain its memorial and value-based nature.

 

Sustainability Values

The project encourages the use of recycled toys and materials as part of the creative process, reflecting the project’s values of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

 

Creative Interpretation

Participants are welcome to give personal interpretations to their wing creations, as long as they preserve the project's core values: community, sharing, and sustainability.

 

Image Sharing

Participants may submit images for publication on the project’s website and social media through an online submission form. Sharing is conditional upon user consent. Publishing images of minors requires parental consent or blurring of their faces.

 

Privacy

Personal information will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes. You may request the removal of images from the website and social media at any time.
